You can now upload multiple resumes and choose which one to apply with on a per-job basis. Create tailored profiles for different roles — for example, one highlighting your leadership experience, another focused on a specific industry, or a general-purpose default.

Just click the dropdown next to the Apply button to pick the profile that best matches the role.

The new Pipeline Flow chart gives you a bird's-eye view of how your applications move through each stage. Instantly spot where you're getting filtered out and where you're progressing.

Tsenta now supports applying to jobs posted on Oracle Cloud ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Jobs from companies using Oracle Cloud as their ATS are now automatically detected and supported.
